Please call in advance if you will be significantly late for your arrival. There is a time that we lock the hotel entrance door at midnight to prevent theft and protect the hotel.

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.. An extension fee will be charged for use of the room after your check-out time.

Yes. There are Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Natural Lawson. All are less than a minute’s walk away from the hotel, and they open 24 hours a day.
Starting October 1, 2023, only buses departing from Narita Airport to Shiba Park Hotel will be re-running.
However, buses from hotel to Narita Airport, and hotel to/from Haneda Airport are still not in operation.
